Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information:

All orders are generally processed within 3 - 5 business days, and then your order will be shipped out and on its way to your home! 

Shipping can take up to between 7 - 12 days after processing. 

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking number to start updating and reflect accurate information.

Returns + Refunds:

Our goal at Bettr Provisions is to provide great products with even better customer service. 

If you aren't happy with your order for any reason, please let us know and we will be happy to find a solution that works best for you! Whether that is sending out a replacement product or providing a full refund, we'll work with you to make sure you are happy!

Please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your items to be eligible for a refund.

If your order arrives and any of the products are damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and we'll either send out a new product or provide a full refund. Please make sure to send photos of the damaged products.
