Shipping Information:

All orders are generally processed within 3 - 5 business days, and then your order will be shipped out and on its way to your home! 

Shipping generally takes 10 - 15 days once your order ships out!

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking number to start updating and reflect accurate information.

Returns + Refunds:

Our goal at Bettr Provisions is to provide great products with even better customer service. 

If you aren't happy with your product, please reach out to our team at support@bettrprovisions.com within 30 days for an easy and free return + refund!

If your order arrives and any of the products are damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and we'll either send out a new product or provide a full refund. Please make sure to send photos of the damaged products.
